So here it is. I decided to create this online journal as a way to air out the thoughts running around in my head, and to give them a home. They've been wearing out the carpet at my place now for quite some time. And I believe that our original agreement was that this arrangement was to be temporary, so it is definitely time for them to be moving on. But why an online journal, when I have a perfectly good paper journal at home. Hard to say really, but the possibility of someone reading this, and having it mean something to them is part of it. The ability to share parts of myself that I keep hidden with an anonymous audience has a certain appeal. Also, typing is faster than writing. I may change the names of any others that I write about, or I may not. The casual reader will not know, and those others would never look here to find themselves. So break a bottle of champagne over it, this ship is launched!
